Powered Ergonomic Work Station Lift

The High Rise Lift Truck, model number VHIPM-2748 and VHIPM-2048, are designed to increase worker efficiency and productivity while decreasing operator bending and the risk of back injury. Once materials have been loaded onto the lift, the dual-acting wheel lock can be used to securely anchor the unit to the floor. This high rise has the capability of lifting 2,500 pounds and elevates to 31 inches.  The horizontal load center is located 24" forward from the base of the forks.  The lift is powered by a 12v D/C motor and is operated with the use of a fingertip rocker switch control.  A 12v deep cycle battery supplies the motor with power.  Options include a remote or on-board battery charger, battery level indicator gauge, and solid fork platform.

Tote Lifter Pallet Jack and Ergonomic Work Station Lift

The Tote Lifter represents the next generation of ergonomic lifting equipment.  It has a rated capacity of 2,200 Lbs.  Pump handle has 2 lifting speeds to accommodate for light or heavy lifting loads.  Chrome plated telescoping pump rod.  Unit comes with debris guard above cylinder housing to reduce the likelihood of contamination.  Automatic brake with side stabilizers engage automatically once the fork raises to 15 inches.  Applications include using as workbench, feed presses, conveyors and assembly lines to name a few.
